What Causes Blotchy Rashes Around Ankle/feet?

Hi my 11 year old daughter had has these sort of round blotchy rashes both round her ankle and feet they can sometimes be itchy.They have appeared over the last 6 months starting on the upper thigh but have now disappeared and are only on the feet now. Any ideas what it could be?
