What Causes Blotchy Redness On Feet And Lower Legs?

I have a blotchy redness on my feet ankles and lower legs - it goes away when i put my legs up. I have been checked by a vein doc and everything is fine. I have been checked by a dermatologist who tested me for lupus and I don't have that. It looks like scalding in a lacy pattern
