What Causes Blue Dots Under The Skin Of Face?

Hello, my name is Jan from Holland and have a question concerning small blue dots under the skin of my face. It seems a few pore have changed to blue or filled internally by blue color. Can someone help me or advise me what to do? Thank you. Kind regards, Jan
