What Causes Bluish Color To Nails?

hello doc, how is it going. wondering what to do with my nails. they are blue and i have had a nail biting habit since i was 10 years old i guess and i am 38 now. what shall i do? can stopping this nail biting habit change its colour to normal or not. thanks
