What Causes Bluish Or Black Bumps On The Pubic Area?

I'm 27 years of age and I'm 6 foot. I shave my pubic area right above my penis. I now have these bluish/black/gray bumps. They're not clustered. However, I'm terrified that it might be something other than ingrown hairs. Any idea as to what it could be?
