What Causes Blurred And Double Vision Accompanied With Headaches?

About three months ago my vision has become blurred and double. This pretty much occurs in the later afternoon during my commute home. I can t even make out license plates and will have to blink several times to adjust my eye sight from seeing double. As crazy as it sounds Ive been seeing spots throughout the day as well. In addition, I ve been smelling smoke..cigarette smoke pretty much all the time for the past three weeks. I don t smoke, nor does anyone in my household. The smell is not really present in the morning, usually after being awake for two-three hours. It comes and goes but is pretty constant at night. Over the past week I m getting headaches in the mid afternoon that will last pretty much throughout the evening and are causing me to become quite irritable. I ve taken sudafed and sinus saline rinse thinking this was a sinus infection as I ve had these in the past and sinus reconstructive surgery as well. Although my current symptoms have never been as of current status. Usually some pressure with low grade fever. I m a 39 year old professional male with no intake of prescription drugs.
