What Causes Blurred And Wavy Vision Along With Numbness In Finger Tips?

hi, yesterday I had difficulty vision with my right eye. I saw half of everything incomplete and wavy for 10 min. It was weird. after that my right hand s fingertips were numb and tingling. It followed by a headache and then everything back to normal. I do not know what is going on?
