What Causes Blurred Vision After Cataract Surgery?

Two months ago I had cataract surgery. I did not have an astigmatism before but ended up with a bad one after surgery. Two days ago the doctor did AK surgery on that eye to "correct" the astigmatism. Well nothing has changed, vision is still blurry and doubled.
