What Causes Blurred Vision After Using Tobradex Ointment?

I have recurrent ptergium removed from my right eye 2.5 weeks ago. I am using tobredex oinment. My vision in that eye is weaker than before and my eye is not opened as before. I mean my eye lid is dropped a bit. I am concerned about my decreased vision in that eye. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks Anitha
