What Causes Blurred Vision Along With Disorientation And Dizziness?

I just got a cold and my ears felt weird this morning while driving so I popped them and then my vision was completely disoriented and my head dropped out of dizziness. My ear has been plugged ever since and there is a ringing in it. How can I make this go away?
