What Causes Blurred Vision Along With Dizziness And Stomach Bloating?

I have been having panic like attacks with extra symptoms such as blurred vision with electric type symbols in my eyes, dizziness, feeling of being outside myself, breathing awkwardness, bloated stomach with gas and I just discovered my body temp is ranging from 94.5- 97.1.... 1 year ago I was going through this and I have been through EKG, echocardiogram and a heart monitor for 1 month and the heart was fine. Now the attacks are back and somewhat worse than before. I don t want to run to the ER every night and am very concerned and scared. What can this be?
