What Causes Blurred Vision Along With Headaches And Nose Bleeds?

Hi. Had a head injury a week ago. Ct scan and bloods done in a and e. All clear. No visible damage to head. Blurred vision, headache, nausea, loss of balance and altered sensation same side as injury. Diagnosed post concussion syndrome. Just started having nosebleeds and being sick. Is this anything to warrant another hospital visit?
