What Causes Blurred Vision And Low Memory Despite Being Diagnosed With Viral Encephalitis?

Hi,I suffered from Viral Encephalitis in Aug 2014 & presently taking Lametac 50 mg in morning & 75 mg in night. Besides this I am taking 10 mg Aricep in night & Alpha GPC in morning & night. I am having lot of pimples on my face, chest & back. I am also having some type of blurred vision sometimes. I forget things also. What should I do ? Am I taking the right medicines. when will I overcome with all these problems and get 100% fine ?
