What Causes Blurred Vision, Dizziness And Headache?

I have had high blood pressure for years, I was taking Metoprolol 100 and Benicar, ressure ran 180 to 193 over 90 s. Then all of a sudden I noticed my eyesight had fotton worse, I had a very severe heacache which lasted for weeks, still comes back. was light headed, dizzy, could not concentrate, and didn t know where I was at times. I went to my Dr. he cut my pills in half, after a few days he took me completely off them, my pressure was dropping to 65 over 55, and bouncing around. This has been going on for 4 weeks now. H did bloodwork for thyroid, and other things, said they came back fine. I stil have what I call ( feels like a headache coming on), I also have dizziness, if I bend over or get up too fast, I almost pass out. Blood pressure is average 124-128 over 72-81.
