What Causes Blurred Vision, Heart Palpitation And Tingling Sensation In Upper Teeth?

here r my symptoms...blurry vision in one eye only, heart palpitations or something like I can feel the beating in my throat right at the bottom of neck in the little space between collar bone, over past 2weeks had acid reflux usually at night, slight pressure in front of throat actually neck, upper teeth tingling.
