What Causes Blurred Vision Inspite Of Being On Vagifem?

Hi I am using the hormone Vagifem one of the side effects is stroke, I had a suspected mini stroke a few years ago, today my eyes went funny like looking through broken glass no pain, could not see very well but just felt funny it ended in 20 minutes or so I just rested. I am 73 yrs old Would this b a sign of a stroke or mini stroke
