What Causes Blurred Vision, Numb Hands, Tingling Tongue And Headaches?

Hi,my son had blurred vision,his hand went numb moddle head,tingling in tounge and have this had a headace around hie right eye around the right side of his head and on back of his head what could be the problem the drs at er said it was a mirgian.thank-you
