What Causes Blurred Vision Post Sinus Surgery?

I had sinus surgery jan.6th 2015. I had a black eye for 10 days. and double vision for about 7 weeks. I still have some double vision and blurred vision. my eyeball hurts and burns. I have had headaches everyday since the surgery, some day worse than others.
