What Causes Blurred Vision, Tremors And Excessive Sweating?

A couple weeks ago while lying in my bed I felt like I was having a panic attack..then I got super confused and couldnt form a sentance. Then today while shopping I started having blurry vision sweating and shaking. I ate prior to both incidenced so it wasnt low blood sugar. I am not diabetic . I dont know what's going on
