What Causes Blurred Vision With History Of Laparoscopy?

Its been over a month now ..I had laparoscopy to clear the blocked fallopian tubes and cysts. From past one week I have vision problems. ....blurness entire day ...i was been using letrosole and contraceptive pills which I stopped to see if these are side effects of the pills...but it's not...please suggest me if something is really wrong
