What Causes Blurred Vision With Or Without Spectacles?

yes i have been to an opthomoligist but he has not improved my eyesite in my right eye.he says it cant be improved with lenses.i told him i felt an enlargement or bulging but he said it was only a cataract to early in stage to do anything about.my concern is my vision is blurry with or without my glasses.what should i do it has been in progressive stage for about 2 years.
