What Causes Blurring Of Vision?

My right eye has been cloudy since 12/25/14 i can not see out of it no longer; I have been to see a Retnia Speicalist they act like there is nothing they can do about it . They have set me up in 2 months to come back and see them. I just not sure why. but the glare of the right eye is affecting my good eye and makes it harder to see. can u help me to understand why i'm not being treated
