What Causes Body Ache Along With Excessive Thirst And Headache?

Hi Doctor, This morning I woke up with body aches, extreme thirst, headache at the back of my head, fever, lethargy puffy eyes bit of a light cough. I get a lot of pain in my head when I bend down and get back up and the pain across the Middle of my back of awful. I thought it was the flu but I m not sure and it s making me feel very very depressed. Thank you
