What Causes Body Ache Swollen Joints And Loss Of Appetite?

hi i have body ache swollen joints tired sweating a lot feeling hot all the time .I had blood test for ross river fever its not,or glandular fever or menopause, and now Im starting to feel sick when it comes time to eat, and i can only eat half of my meal.I have been given DICLOFENAC SODIUM tabes twice a day and also HYDROXOCOBALAMIN three shots once a month i still fill the same can you please help me sincerely jennifer
