What Causes Body Ache Under The Sunlight?

I am 58 white female, 5'3', 132#. w/ fibromyalgia, osteo arthritis, and a complex medical hx. I was diagnosed at one point as possible lupus, then about 15 yrs later my newer Dr. says he has ruled it out with multiple tests. I have had many kidney problems, I have low pulse and low BP/ I also have abnormal platlets and prolonged bleeding times, though my platelet count is normal. I have had a complete hesterectomy....a also tend to become anemic. my question is why am I having moderate to severe body aches, and joint pains whenever I spend aprox 30 mins or more in direct sunlight. I also have very light sensitive eyes. The pain begins within 2-3 hrs of exposure and lasts 24-36 hrs on average. I also have celiac, which has resulted in some serious digestive problems, which have improved tremendously since I began following a GF diet, in 2003. I am very carefull not to eat GF contaminated foods. Could the pain be due to the fibro and the sun aggravates the condition. I was diagnosed with fibro in 1987, and see specialist in pain management.
