What Causes Body Aches After Taking Phentermine?

I have just started taking phentermine 37.5mg, I have had body aches all day and no desire to exercise or even walk, Will this go away or should I quit taking it, I also take Azor 1040 for blood pressure and Farziga or diabetis I am 60 years old 5 ft 4 inches and weigh 190 lbs. Want to loose 30 pounds Thanks
