What Causes Body Aches, Head And Palm Pain With Back Spasms?

I am a 26yr old mother of 2 boys & i Have no energy.i have severe all over body aches, a sharp shooting pain in the right side of my head that comes and goes, as well as sharp shooting pain directly in the middle of my left palm of hand. I get back spasms that are very painful and constantly feel like my head is to heavy to hold up. This has been gradually getting worse. I cannot take it anymore, i want my life back:(
