What Causes Body Aches, Stiffness In Neck And Sensitivity To Light?

I am a forty year old female. My symptoms started a week ago. It started with body aches, stiff neck, head ache, and sensitivity to light. It had since progressed to chills, fever, difficulty swallowing and an ear ache that feels like its gonna explode along with the first symptoms. I have had diarrhea and vomiting buy it was isolated to the third day off this ordeal.
