What Causes Body Bruising, Sweating, Swollen Arm Lymph Nodes, Nausea, Dizziness, Vomiting?

i am a 19 year old female and in december i went to the doctors because i was bruising very easily and had severe night sweats. The doctor found swollen lymph nodes under my arm and the anticbiotics she prescribed didnt work so i was referred to a heamotologist. i was given ultrasound for under my arm and a ct scan. for the past 2 days i have been feeling severe nausea and have vomited a few times and becoming dizzy. i have also found a lump in my groin area. is this anything to worry about?
