What Causes Body Chills After Removal Of Fallopian Tubes?

I had my fallopian tubes out a few weeks ago and suffered 11 days in the hospital for 11 days. Before this I was pretty healthy and active at 49. Since then, I have been experiencing daily chills throughout the day and night and paint and tingling in my hands, fingers, and feet. What might be causing this?
