What Causes Body Chills Along With Blurred Vision And Fatigue?

I have been diagnosed with Lupus. I have been experiencing a new set of symptoms. I have chills but no fever. In fact my body temperature ranges from 95.6 to 97.6. I have blurred vision, fatigue, weight gain, and swollen lymph nodes in my neck. My doctor took blood and tested my thyroid. The tests were normal. Do I need to be concerned?
