What Causes Body Imbalance And Headache While Having Cervical Spondylosis?

I am suffering from body imbalance and headache since 1 month, what is the cause ? I have visited ENT specialist he suggested some exercise than I have visited a physician he suggested me to take neck x-ray, as per him i am suffering from Cervical Spondolytis. Please do suggest what should i do as i am not able to drive my car or scooty. Is this because of Cervical Spondolytis?
