What Causes Body Itching With Arms, Legs And Chest Burning Sensations?

Hi my boyfriend is 36 years old, for a couple of months he been sufering with itch on his back, arms, sholders & chest, one month ago he had an accident in his car nothing happend to him but since then his having a burning sansation on his arms, legs, chest it comes & goes some times more hot than others, we've noticed that his lost a patch of hair on his lover back & chest.
He has hight blood presure.
what can be happining the hotness wakes him during the night.
please help us with this problem.
