What Causes Body Pain And Fatique

I have phase three in my neck and between my shoulders. I've worked in a stressful job for the past three years and prior to that a semi-stressful job.
Low blood sugar has become something I am trying to balance. I also am beginning to have aches all over. I am 53 and would say that I completed my menopause phase----and once that happened, it seems like I fell a part. I'd never had any annoying symptoms before other than chronic fatigue; however, that has seem to become a thing of the past. The over all hurting/aching all over is a mystery to me. I have to come home from work and go to bed. I usually get back up around 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. and start feeling more normal, yet am aware of muscles being aching slightly. I've had friends say to me, "welcome to getting old". I just hadn't ever felt old like this until after menopause. Could you shed some light on my plight?
