What Causes Body Pain And Weakness After Discontinuing Depo Shot?

I haven't had my period in 4 years due to the depo shot, I have just gotten off of it and now I am having my period a couple days every week. Today though I am having a sort of black sludge that is coming out. I feel very weak and I am having a lot of random pains in my body. Normal or no?
