What Causes Body Pain, Sore Throat And Rashes On The Leg?

a week ago my body started to ache and had sore throat ,i thougt was the start of flu!! two days ago i still felt the same but more aching around my neck,headaches started and a blotchy rash came up on my legs but no runny or blocked nose!! is this just some sort of flu??
