What Causes Body Pains Along With Headache?

Good morning.. I have been feeling a pain in my upper body. Neck, back, shoulders, ribs, hip bones and even in my jaw. It feels like I m bruised all over my body but I m not bruised. I ve got a big headache at times.. so bad that I can t look into the light. Please help me.. it hurts a lot!!!
