What Causes Body Pains, Fever And Vomiting?

Right now Im experiencing a strange sensation. I got sick yesterday with a soar throat and I thought I was coming down on a regular common cold. Today I woke up an felt terrible, my body is hurting, I have a fever, I have thrown up twice. And specially I have had a weird sensation that my head is spinning, and when I try to get up from a couch or chair I feel dizzy. I feel like I m on a limbo or automatic pilot, I don t know what is going on, but for the last 4 hours I have felt like this. As I m writing this message I feel like this . Can you please help me?
