What Causes Body Tremors After Having Intercourse In Men?

hello.have a nice time.i am a male.and i have 30 years old.it is two mount i get to bad state after sex(orgasm).in this state i cant move my body and my hands and legs begin to shaking.i had not epilepsy befor and my family to.i got to neurologist and he said there is no way.i live in iran.please help me.sorry for bad english
