What Causes Body Tremors And Cold Sweats After Eating?

In the mornings several hours after I have eaten I get the sensation of being very weak, shaky and cold sweats, but hot all at the same time. I feel prompted to eat something. My go to food is a large spoon of crunchy peanut butter with a glass of cold water. within about 5 minutes I do feel better.I have had several of these episodes in the past couple of months.I am 58 years old Post menopausal. I m i simply needing nutrients of some type?
