What Causes Body Tremors, Fatigue, Debilitating Joint And Muscle Pain?

I feel as if my entire body is vibrating. I have been lactating for months, debilitating joint pain, muscle aches and fatigue. Fatigue in general. Cold sweats that leave me so wet it s as if I just got of a sauna. I have seen several specialists and all of them are perplexed. There is more but thats all that comes to mind at the moment.
