I frequently do pilates but whenever I lie on my back and hold my leg straight up in the air and try to bring it back towards my chest, my entire leg starts to shake. The farther back I bring my leg, the more violently it shakes. It does not hurt but it is uncomfortable. Why is this and how do I stop the shaking?
