What Causes Body Warmth And Temperature With Hands And Feet Sweating?

Hello. I'm really curious as to why i'm always warm? It seems that i'm always sweating or i have a warmer body temperature than those that i'm with. Which is why i love being in cold environments. But i know this isn't normal. My hands and feet are almost always sweaty. I read something about Menopause, but i'm FAR too young for that. My weight is abit above average, but not obese, if that helps. An answer would much be appreciated!
