What Causes Boil Like On Vagina?

Hi I think I may have a boil or something on the lower right side of my vagina. It also reaches a little ways up the inner crease as well. But it is definitely enough to make the right inner crease very sore. The lump also has a tiny reddish filled pocket in the front of it as well. Is there any definite way to determine if this is a boil or not and if it is are there some cures I can take at home?
