What Causes Boil On Chin And Swelling On Lips?

i had a small boil on my chin 4 days back. it stll persists. but in the meanwhie, my lower lip has swollen large . it is painful. I ham taking antibiotic & apin killer for two days now , but no relief in sight. today left cheek has also swollen a bi. can u please suggest the remedy. I am 55, height 5'4". i have high bp for last 15 years and asthma problems for 20 years
