What Causes Boil Under Breast?

i have a large boil under my breast. i have had this for a couple of years but i did not bother me or look like it was going to come to a head untill a month or so ago. now it is very sore. some puss came out today it is smelly and yellow,green. more blood came as well. but it is not near finished
