What Causes Boils On Buttocks And Ears During Menstruation?

Yes, My question is in regards to my menstrual cycle. During my monthly cycle--I not only suffer with heavy clotting and painful cramps--but I have boils that appear in very unseemingly places (i.e. in my buttock area, and in my ears). They are recurring...is there a particular reason for this?
