What Causes Boils On Fingers With Itchy Lips?

i get small boils like on the finger same area everytime and on the lips which is very itchy and after 2 or 3 days the skin sores up red and breaks, after week it become scally like a dried and broken . it looks terribly bad. Could you please tell why i m getting it. It actually get severe while i use diswasher for cleaning.

Please guide me.
