What Causes Bottom Lips To Be Red?

hello doctor good evening.. this is priya and i'm 23 years old.. for the past 5 years, i had a bottom half red lips. most of the peoples asking and teasing me like... hey, do you have a smoking habits? don"t smoke too much etc... etc... i feel very shy to face others when thay are standing in front of me.. so please help me
