What Causes Bouts Of Pain Radiating Form Left Breast To Arm?

Hi. I m a 36 year old female. Had 2 quick separate episodes of sharp pain in the left breast down to the rib beneath it, then spread to the left shoulder then down my arm, now it feels like my arm is asleep ( pins and needles). Should I be checked for this? Thank you.
